Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing times

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping method: FedEx/USPS Standard shipment cost: $7.00 + $0.50 per additional item, Free shipping on orders $50 or more*

Estimated delivery time: 3-5 business days upon order being processed

Shipping and delivery rates are estimates

Shipment to P.O. boxes are acceptable

Shop Dope Culture ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Shop Dope Culture is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibilities of the customer (tariffs, taxes).

Damages

Shop Dope Culture is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged or lost, please do the following:

- Email shopdopeculture@gmail.com within 48 hours of receipt with the subject line “Damaged/Lost Product Order Number (xxxx)” to file a claim to tell us if it's defective.

- If your order is damaged, please attach photos of the damaged product and provide the date you received your order to ensure a claim can be filed.

- If your order is lost, any order deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

- Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
